We provide custom AI software development, consulting, and integration services. Service details, deliverables, and timelines are specified in individual agreements.

3. Informational Products

Our informational products include e-books, tutorials, and online courses related to AI software development. Access is granted via digital delivery upon purchase.

4. Goods

Physical items such as branded hardware kits and merchandise are offered with descriptions, specifications, and delivery estimates available on our site.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the applicable currency. Payment is due at the time of purchase or as outlined in the service agreement. Accepted methods are specified on the site.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

For standard AI software development packages, cancellation at least 7 days before the scheduled start allows a full refund. If canceled less than 7 days prior, a partial refund may apply or you can opt to reschedule the service once at no extra charge. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

6.2 Informational Products

E-books and online courses may be refunded within 7 days of purchase provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Approved requests trigger a refund to the original payment method within 7 days.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Received items will be inspected and refunds issued to the original payment method within 14 days of inspection.

6.4 Non-Refundable Services

Custom research assignments and one-off advisory sessions commence immediately after purchase and are therefore not eligible for refunds. This policy reflects the immediate allocation of specialized resources.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time by publishing a revised version on our site with a new effective date.
